  5. Thank you! I am really working on trying to get your script to work with Alert Pay and Liberty Reserve. Is there any tutorial that I can follow here on your website to implement these?

  7. Unfortunatly the documentation within the script is all there is right now. But I’m updating the original deposit script to support multiple payment systems. I will try to have a look at the wordpress version and make a quick tutorial as soon as possible. (need to catch up a bit on other stuff first)

  9. Amazing! When you finish the premium version, will it be possible to buy it from your site directly? I’m not a member of CodeCanyon & really don’t want to sign up just to buy one script!

  10. Jessi on December 30th, 2010 at 1:40 am
  11. @Jessi: The premium version was announced on codecanyon and a lot of people are waiting for it, so it will most likely be sold on codecanyon. Don’t you have an account on one of the sister sites? because if you do you can use the same login on every marketplace of envato (graphicriver, themeforest, codecanyon, …)

  15. @Joe Edit the page and on the right side you should have a small box with a dropdown in it (templates), make sure to select the deposit template for that page. If you don’t see anything make sure to upload the template file (which is available in the download) to your theme. (See instructions in the documentation file)

  21. I cannot make it work.
There’s something I must do before it works ?

I only see a White page in the deposit page.

  23. @Jake – you will have to give me a bit more details or send an e-mail at idealvisions[at]live[dot]com with some login information so I can have a look. Anyway did you try and install it on a fresh wordpress system? if not have a try and if it works it means there is a conflict with another plugin. You could turn them off one by one to see which plugin is conflicting

  25. Hi there could you add other payment gateways like payfast, monsterpay, so that you can deposit money from countries like south africa, the rand “zar” is not supported by many gateways including paypal.

    thank you

  29. Hello,
I installed the plug-in on my test website but for some reason it is not processing the deposit form, it refreshes the deposit page. I was able to add cash to the the admin so the system is partially working.

Is it something wrong in the deposit system setting because I do not know the company number etc so I just put those randomly.

Can you please tell me what is meant by “The company name that will show up on the PDFs” etc? Where are the PDFs?

  30. Kersten on April 2nd, 2011 at 7:57 pm
  31. @Kersten: in the option Payment method you must type “paypal” to use real payments or “sandbox” to test out the script. If you don’t set it correctly it will not redirect properly to paypal. About the company name, whatever you type in there will be used in the pdf. There are no pdf’s provided with the plugin, but the pdf’s are generated once you click on a link in the deposit history. Of course you must have at least one deposit to see that link. If you run into more problems let me know.

  33. Hello Krike,

Thanks for your fast reply. I managed to install the plug-in correctly, but I ran into another problem. When successfully making the payment and clicking the return to my website from PayPal it is redirecting to an invalid url being (mysitename)/deposit/?action=success. Do I have to make that custom to my site?

  34. Kersten on April 3rd, 2011 at 1:01 am
  35. @Kersten: when you installed the plugin it should have created a page named deposit. Did it create that page? are you getting an 404 error not found when you are returned to your site?

  36. krike on April 3rd, 2011 at 8:53 am
  37. The deposit page is created, yes I am getting a 404 error. I should probably do one of these free site and test it there maybe I can give you the link since currently I am working locally.

Another question, is the $6 script exactly like the WP one which can be implemented on every site even non-WordPress ones?

Thanks a lot for your help.

  38. Kersten on April 3rd, 2011 at 11:27 am
  39. @Kersten: A link to a working site would be great to see whats wrong. About the script it’s a class with a few examples, so yes you can implement on every site but because it’s a class you will still have to add some code manually.

  40. krike on April 4th, 2011 at 12:03 pm
  41. The plugin does not have a valid header.

  42. Hans on June 13th, 2011 at 2:55 am
  43. @Hans: you are the second person to tell me this, I guess the new wordpress update might be responsible, I will look into asap

  45. Hello Krike,

I went through the commenrs here and at CodeCanyon’s, but haven’t found answers on two questions:
    – is the CodeCanyon php script more elaborate than the current WP plugin ( or are tbey the saem)
-What is the due date of the WP plugin?

  46. Friso on August 6th, 2011 at 10:51 am
  47. Hey friso, the wordpress version will definitely be more elaborated because it can be presented as an entirely finished product while the normal deposit script still needs to be integrated in your site. The wp version will have an admin panel, widgets and shortcode. It will have more goodies. And depending on it’s success and client feedback we will be upgrading it with more features while the normal deposit script might have reached it’s last update. The due date will be near the 15th, no guarantees thought but it’s when we would like to finish and upload the plugin to codecanyon. With me I mean me and the second developer I’m working with now. I will update this page with some screenshots of what we have right now, and keep updating it.

  48. krike on August 6th, 2011 at 6:23 pm
  49. Hello Christophe,

Do you have more info on the release date and pricing?

    Cheers, Friso

  50. Friso on August 23rd, 2011 at 3:55 pm
  51. We hope to release it by the end of the week. But we have no idea how long it will take to be reviewed on codecanyon. Also it is the reviewer on codecanyon that decides about the pricing. hopefully it will be a fair price, we’ll make sure of that.

  52. krike on August 23rd, 2011 at 9:12 pm
  53. We have released the item and it is now waiting to be approved on codecanyon

  55. Can you tell me if WP Deposit is PCI compliant? I know that there have been issues regarding this of late and we want to make sure that we don’t have issues because of any plugin we use. But so far so good.
